Transform Entertainment is a southern-California based game development studio poised to revolutionize the gaming world by bringing AAA experiences to the casual gaming market.
The company is led by highly-experienced industry veterans who are truly dedicated to creating high-end games to serve this growing market of "non-traditional" players.
The gaming market has shifted - it is no longer dominated by young males. According to the ESA:
"Women age 18 or older represent a significantly greater portion of the
game-playing population (37%) than boys age 17 or younger (13%)"
The game buying population is now about evenly divided among males and females and the most frequent game purchasers are in their 40s. Yet, most AAA games are still made for the "hardcore" young male demographic.
We're focused on making console games for the adult casual market - the vast majority of which, is female.

Nintendo shipped 100 million Wiis. Initial Kinect sales outpaced the iphone. All of this was accomplished by targeting casual gamers with the promise of an experience - we will deliver on that promise!
We create richer, deeper experiences for the “non-core” gamer by mixing casual gameplay mechanics with the high-end production values typically reserved exclusively for the “hardcore” gamer.
We believe our employees are the most precious resource we have and we make it a priority to treat our employees right.
We actively strive to support a continuous work-life balance. We offer flexible scheduling so work won't interfere with the important events in our developers personal lives. We provide plenty of PTO to use on whatever our employees choose. No one should have to fake a cold just to take their kid to a ball game.
We are a family-friendly studio and happily provide maternal/paternal leave for the joyous occassions of both birth and adoption.
